Passwords are easy to forget and easy to hack - which makes them unreliable as security tools. Fortunately, they will soon become a thing of the past, as Hoyos Labs has developed an app (1U™) that provides users secure access to their various website accounts, relying on biometrics to protect their online identity.

The official distributor of Hoyos Labs' biometric security products is 1U Benelux, who invited me to translate the FAQ and Factsheet pages of their website from English to Dutch. I was thrilled, of course: it was a small-volume assignment, but it felt really good to be part of something as great and exciting as this.
